Letter to You is designed as a cathartic tool for anyone to write a letter expressing themselves to anyone. 

This platform is designed by a Licensed Professional Counselor from Stonebridge Counseling located in Pa.  Stonebridge Counseling is a group practice that provides Counseling services, ADHD testing, Supervision and Training to Future Licensed Professional Counselors and Social workers. This a free platform, however donations are welcome to help keep the site and email address free to the public.

Our hope is that people will use the platform to express themselves  with gratitude, grief, closure, anger anxiety. For expression toward anyone they may never have had the opportunity too or are not ready to express themselves.   Our belief is that the ability of expression can lead to  social, emotional and Spiritual understanding and growth. Plus it's just good to get it out.
